3D printed vases are made from polylactic acid (PLA), a bio-based material.
PLA is derived from renewable sources such as corn and sugar cane.
The material is colloquially called bioplastic.
The biocompatible raw material is sensitive to high temperatures. Therefore, the pots are intended for indoor use and not for direct sunlight.
